Some help downloading a file?

I'm having trouble downloading a Hegre-Art set from upstore.net free. Eat time I enter the captcha, it asks me to wait 60 seconds only to throw up the captcha again, and the cycle continues. Not sure if it's something to do with my IP or if they've made downloads impossible without a premium account.

I would really appreciate if someone could download it for me(it's only about 23 MB) and upload it on some other file sharing website(mediafire, for example) where free downloading shouldn't be as much of an issue. The link is as follows:-
